Continuous
Fold Pad Pillow
Rather than having two pillow pads at the end of the fold hinge we extend
the pillow pad the full width of your cover.
This reduces the very slight amount of heat lost vertically through the
hinge.

Strengthening
Sheets
Where your spa is fitted flush in ground you may want additional strength
to the cover to further minimise the risk to young children or animals who may venture
onto the cover. In this case we can add rigid pvc sheets to the top side of the insulation
inserts for additional strength.

4 Section
Spa Cover
Some times for spa hot tubs housed in gazebos or log cabins a two section
folding cover is not practical due to height restrictions. In cases like this we can make
the cover in four sections ie two sets of two folding covers

Floating
Bubble Cover
Floating covers are made from a bubble type material and as the name
implies float on your spa's water.
By keeping hot tub water evaporation to a minimum, less moisture and chemicals will
come in contact with your spa cover's underside, prolonging its longevity.
Final shape cutting with scissors is required by the customer which is quite easy.

implies float on your spa's water.
By keeping hot tub water evaporation to a minimum, less moisture and chemicals will
come in contact with your spa cover's underside, prolonging its longevity but most of all
provide an additional layer of insulation keeping your heating costs down.
Final shape cutting with scissors is required by the customer which is quite easy.
